    Kathryn Moorhead

Welcome Kathryn Moorhead, the MS student join the lab!

Hello! I'm Kathryn Moorhead, a Master's of Food Science student. During my undergraduate at Iowa State University, I enjoyed learning about food chemistry, flavors, and how the ingredients of a food could significantly change the composition. I'm excited to be working under Dr. Wung and to further study flavor chemistry, with an emphasis on produce. After living in the Midwest and Texas, and traveling around the world, I hope to combine my passion for food chemistry and world cultures.
