Logo Usage (per UF/IFAS branding guidelines)
- The logo must be surrounded on all sides by clear space. The clear space should be no less than one-half the height of the “UF” monogram. Do not print graphics, rules, typography or other elements in this area.
- Minimum size: The size of the UF/IFAS logo should be not less than one inch in length, and proportions should not be altered.
- The two-color logo is always preferred. Both all black and all white may be used as a substitute if the official colors do not work or are not available.
Logo Options
- There is one logo, but multiple color options.
- Logos can be downloaded.

Poster Making Tips
- View your poster at 100% in your design software to make sure all graphics or images are not pixelated.
- Consider the Contrast: This means you use dark letters on a light background and light letters on a dark background.
- White space is not blank space. Posters that are uncluttered are easier to read.
- Don't scale up your graphics and photos. Printing pictures larger than they are will make your final product look pixelated or distorted.
