Question: Where is my registration confirmation?

Answer: If you did not receive a confirmation email, please contact Jamie Burrow, jdyates@ufl.edu to confirm your registration.

Question: Can I pay by check?

Answer: To pay by check, please send a completed registration form (click here) and check made payable to UF to:

Question: I will be bringing a guest (family or friend, not co-workers or business associates) with me to the summit, do I need to register them?
Answer: Guests are not required to register for the summit. If your guest wishes to attend the welcome reception or any of the lunches, you must purchase tickets in advance or onsite.

Question: Can I pay for a guest separately from my registration?
Answer: Yes, you may complete two transactions.

Question: I need to cancel my registration, who do I contact?
Answer: Cancellations are allowed up to 30 days before the conference. All Eventbrite fees are non-refundable. If you cancel within 30 days of the conference, there is no refund. Please contact Jamie Burrow, jdyates@ufl.edu to cancel your registration

Question: Can you provide a certificate of attendance?
Answer: When registering, you will be asked if you require a certificate of attendance. Please select yes and your certificate will be provided when you check in for the conference.

Question: I will require letter of invitation to attend the conference. Who do I contact?
Answer: A letter of invitation will only be provided once you have registered for the conference. When registering for the conference, you will be asked to provide the information for the letter. For questions regarding an invitation letter, please contact Jamie Burrow, jdyates@ufl.edu
