Present a Poster

Poster Guidelines

You must pre-register your poster and submit an abstract by January 26, 2024.  

Abstracts will only be accepted as a Microsoft Word or equivalent file and are limited to 250 words.

Abstracts will be reviewed by the committee for scientific merit.

Poster content must be related to flavor and/or consumer insights.

Poster must be 36 inches wide x 42 inches tall. Paper or cloth poster will be accepted. Push pins will be available onsite.

Poster must include title, authors, and authors affiliation.

Poster setup will be Monday, March 4, 2024 between 12:00 pm and 4:00 pm.

There will be a poster session during the Welcome Reception on Monday, March 4, 2024 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

By registering a poster, it does not register you for the conference. You must also register
for the conference.
